Hi, I’m Sandra Logue (she/her).

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step towards exploring your well-being and finding support. As a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, experiences, and emotions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, allowing us to work together to build the tools and understanding you need to feel more comfortable and confident in managing your life’s ups and downs.

I specialise in supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, meeting you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether you’re facing specific challenges or seeking a deeper connection with your authentic self, I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings and experiences.

A key focus of my practice is promoting a Health at Every Size approach. Together, we’ll work towards fostering a positive relationship with your body, embracing its natural changes, and reducing the pressure to conform to unrealistic expectations. This is about feeling at peace with who you are, rather than focusing on changing your body.

I also have a strong commitment to supporting parents and those in the perinatal period. Whether you're navigating the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting in general, I advocate for a gentle, mindful approach to parenting. Together, we can develop self-regulation tools to help you respond to your emotions and your child’s needs in a nurturing, balanced way.

If you're looking for a compassionate, supportive space to explore these areas of your life, I’d be honored to walk with you on your journey to well-being. Let’s work together to make sense of your experiences, build resilience, and create a life you feel good about living.

My APPROACH

Compassion

I always welcome a compassionate space for my clients, attempting to help understand the experiences you feel in the raw moments of life as well as help to explore the patterns that emerge in these moments.

Personal

I believe in meeting you where you are and focusing on your priorities, rather than just working towards symptom reduction. I will try to ensure that we navigate the journey of therapy together collaboratively and work towards what feels meaningful to you.

Evidence-based

My approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques, looking at the most recent research and providing practical tools to break the cycles that do not work for you in life.
