Better mental health & wellbeing is a priority.

Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, helping them improve their mental health and well-being through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I specialize in supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, perinatal clients, and take a Health at Every Size® approach.

My experience spans from working with the general public, inpatients in hospitals, vulnerable individuals through charities, the NHS, and corporate organizations, to now running my own private clinic. These diverse experiences have shaped my approach and allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, facing a variety of challenges.

I truly believe that better mental health and well-being should be a priority for everyone, and I’m excited to walk alongside you on your journey.

    Finding the right therapist is important. That's why I offer a free 15 min initial consultation to see if we're a right fit for each other before starting the sessions.

    Assessment

    In this first session, we will go through a range of questions and topics to learn more about you as a person and about your current problem.

    Following the assessment session, we will begin our core block of CBT sessions. These sessions are tailored to you and aim to help you overcome the challenges you're facing.
